Grades description：
JCM215: PVD TiAlN coated, the substrates are made by general purpose grade powder for
stainless steel and steel, excellent edge strength and suitable for high speed applications with
120~180 m/min.
JCM415: PVD TiAlN coated, the general purpose grade for steel and stainless steel, excellent
resistance to thermal and mechanical shock.
JCP220: PVD TiN coated, substrate with good toughness in combination with TiN coating, suitable
for steel.
JCK15: Super fine grain size, excellent edge strength with HV hardness 1670 for mechanical shock,
which is optimal option for non-ferrous and cast iron with cutting velocity at Vc=100~300m/min.
